Kyle: Did I ever tell you I was in a production of "A Christmas Carol?"
Ashley: No. Who did you play?
Kyle: Business Man #2.
Ashley: (silence)
Kyle: It was a career defining performance. People were moved. There were tears.
Ashley: Career making or career defining?
Kyle: Career defining. Although I could have made a career out of it. Had I not stopped, I think it is safe to say I would be starring in Glee.
Ashley: Apparently you were SO good that they wrote the character out of every other script, knowing that no one could match you.
Kyle: No...no. That's not true. Sean Connery and Sir Ian Fleming...
Ashley: Ian FLEMING?
Kyle: Possibly Ian McKellen. Anyway, both of them, possibly all three, began their careers as Business Man #2.
Ashley: I had no idea I was in the presence of such talent. Should I bow?
Kyle: That won't be necessary. I know you have been on stage, done Shakespeare and all, but I could probably give you some pointers.

Hehe… Thank you! I didn’t respond to this earlier because we’ve been having a full day. Shopping, eating, playing!! Now it’s technically my birthday day (yay!) and it’s going great!

Thanks to my husband for the iHome stereo for Christmas… though… now I need an ipod. This is less useful when I want to also play with my iphone.
My Day:
Clean two bathrooms
Go to the vet’s office and learn how to give my cats insulin shots
Try to get over this bug I’ve had
Try to feel better about the whole cat thing (because there are a lot of thoughts and feelings here)
Hope I’m not getting a bladder infection
Await arrival of The Best Friend (that she visits me for my birthday yearly is really the best gift ever)

Sorry for the lack of me
But on top of being sick and having zero energy (I have gracefully collapsed a few times trying to get from point A to point B)… I just found out that both of my cats are now diabetic. Paco to a level that requires him to stay at the vet’s for a while. :/

The year I…skydive. For realsies. I am looking to do it in May on or around my birthday. I figure, go big or go home.
